Distilled only from Grano di Altamura, the same wheat required to be used in the storied Pane di Altamura, our gin reflects its terroir with a smoothness and mouthfeel imparted specifically by our unique wheat. Quality and uniqueness start with the raw materials and no other gin uses our Grain Neutral Spirit made exclusively for us meeting the highest quality standards.

The balance and complexity of flavor and respect for the tradition of London Dry Gins comes exclusively from eleven carefully chosen botanicals. In the hands of our master distiller they become a symphony for the pallet.
Our Gin

In the nose the juniper stands out with its characteristic aroma, this is complemented by rich citrus notes and subtle minty and herbal nuances. In the mouth, it has a pleasant bitterness with a touch of sweetness and herbal flavors. The aftertaste is long-lasting with mild bitterness and a touch of herbal notes.
