Altamura Distilleries’ first-ever journey through China and Hong Kong was a debut we won’t forget — not because of the itinerary alone, but because of the hospitality, the room energy, and the connections that stayed long after the last serve. At the heart of the tour was Mattia Capezzuoli, bringing the Stravinskij Bar spirit from Hotel De Russie, Rome with unmistakable style, precision, and generosity behind the bar. Across three nights, the focus remained the same: refined drinks, big hospitality, and memorable late-night moments shared with guests, teams, and friends.
