Altamura Distilleries Vodka is made exclusively from 100% Altamura durum wheat, sourced from the Altamura region and adjoining communes of Puglia.
This is the same wheat used to produce Pane di Altamura — the world’s only bread with Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) status, granted in 2003. The wheat has been cultivated in this region for over 2,000 years, with varieties including Arcangelo, Duilio, and Simeto.
